current patient of ACT Health, you can request a MyDHR account.

Have had absolute hell with this app. Disturbingly if you do not know how to use the app, mass discrepancies are inputted and they really don’t like to be corrected! They will also refuse to record mandated information.

Hope OAIC, ahpra, and Medicare do an audit a day soon!
