When going to Victoria and NSW and showing it to their health professionals, they are wowed by the details given in the app with all your health tests and records in a simple and easy to understand manner - even coming with a comparison chart on what is a normal result versus your result. The test results even have a pdf version and the results come out at the same time for yourself and also for the health professionals who review your file. I have about 10-20 years worth of detailed health records all in one application. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Federal Medicare has no idea what MyDHR is *2026-05-30, version 11.4.3* Have had absolute hell with this app. Disturbingly if you do not know how to use the app, mass discrepancies are inputted and they really don’t like to be corrected! They will also refuse to record mandated information. Hope OAIC, ahpra, and Medicare do an audit a day soon! ### 1/5 — Can’t verify my identity *2026-03-05, version 11.4.3* Have tried to sign up twice. Often data accessed such as Discharge Summaries, disappearing from under the Health Summary page where it had been viewed days previous. Some pages don’t contain any data & have been left blank, for example Family History. Medication Records, some dates say medication only commenced in 2025 where medications in question were administered prior to 2025. More specific detail is required under Appointments for example, reason for appointment & outcome notes, a generic heading such as Follow Up Appointment in inadequate. ### 1/5 — Dale Doughton *2024-10-07, version 10.2.7.1* I along with most of the Australian community hate this new system. You gave us no choice. Now it’s impossible to make a simple phone call without either being online for eons or called back by someone in India half the time. You are cutting people of from human contact. We are no longer able to make a simple call. It’s disgusting.
