Made a payment for a bundle, the money has left my account but the transaction is still being “processed” by digicel on the app I tried to use the support feature in the app and I was told to be patient by the agent …no real resolution in place then when trying to access support chat again it says service unavailable, absolute joke… app in general is quite clunky too for such a huge mobile network it’s very poor

The amount of times I have successfully topped up on this app is zero. It is confusing, payment methods is confusing and rarely works and all in all digital is a total rip off with no plans matching my needs. They trap you because there are no other good options on the island. I gave 1 star because it is (barely) better than their competitors.

1. don’t get a SMS code even though it says SMS
2. no worries, was able to verify through email
3. can’t log in with email, unexpected character (probably the @? which is in EVERY EMAIL)
4. can’t log in with phone number, that requires a SMS code which ofc is not sending
5. my final savior: email me a code. i actually get a code after 4 minutes. i go to log in — code expired, it’s been too long. i typed it in AS SOON AS I GOT IT

stay away from this app at all costs
