Il beug sans arrêt et ont toujours une excuse plus debile que les autres. ### 1/5 — terrible app. *2025-08-20, version 13.2.1* the app is slow, they don't update the promotions, usage takes days to update, the support chat doesn't work and just keeps restarting, they include the smallest amount info on the plans just to sell them to you and leave out the important parts, and there's no way to drill down into the plan details to see all it's terms and features. the money lend is a scam because even though you have to pay interest in it, you can only use it for limited things, and there's no own customization. terrible app from an increase bad company. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Where’s my bundle ?!?!? *2026-07-30, version 14.3.0* Made a payment for a bundle, the money has left my account but the transaction is still being “processed” by digicel on the app I tried to use the support feature in the app and I was told to be patient by the agent …no real resolution in place then when trying to access support chat again it says service unavailable, absolute joke… app in general is quite clunky too for such a huge mobile network it’s very poor ### 1/5 — Terrible. Wake up Digicel, satellite phones are gonna get you.
