## What is MyDigiDetox?

MyDigiDetox — Stay focused, one streak at a time

Your phone can wait. MyDigiDetox is a calm, motivating companion that rewards you for time away from the screen—not for opening another app.

HOW IT WORKS
Your focus streak grows while the app is open, you’re on the Focus tab, and you’re not touching the screen. A tap or swipe pauses the streak (nothing is lost—pick up where you left off). Switching apps or locking the phone resets the current streak and saves the session to your stats, so the rules stay clear and fair.

AUTO-DIM
Optional auto-dim gently lowers brightness while you’re idle, so you can stay focused without the display blasting at you. Touch the screen to bring brightness back.

PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE
Unlock achievements and themes with stages that evolve the longer you stay present. Track streaks, focus time, daily goals, and charts so you can spot patterns and celebrate wins.

PLAY TOGETHER
Local competitions over Wi‑Fi or Bluetooth: one person hosts, others join—last one to touch their phone wins. Optional Game Center leaderboards let you compare your best streaks with players around the world.

PRIVACY
We don’t collect, store, or share your personal information for MyDigiDetox. Your progress and stats stay on your device.
