Left the ER with a stack of paperwork you can't make sense of? MyDischarge reads your discharge papers and explains everything in plain language.

PRIVACY FIRST
- Your photos never leave your phone. Text is read from the image directly on your device.
- Your identity is automatically stripped before anything is sent. We remove your name, date of birth, SSN, insurance IDs, and address on your phone.
- Hospital info stays intact. Clinic phone numbers, doctor names, appointments, and medications are kept so we can explain them to you.
- No accounts, no sign-up. We don't know who you are, and we don't want to.
- Nothing is stored.
