EDIT: Support hat super unterstützt bei der Behebung in den eigenen Depots.


Der Support reagiert 3 Monate später. Problemlösungsansätze für eine App mit diesen jährlichen Kosten, inakzeptabel. CSV Import funktioniert nicht. Einmalzahlende Aktien werden nicht mehr richtig angezeigt, Suche nach einer Alternative.. entweder eine ernsthafte Lösung oder eine alternative App.

Gute Darstellung - aber noch lange nicht perfekt

Ich finde das Design und die Darstellung echt gut und super. Hierfür würde ich eine 5/5 geben. Was mich etwas stört ist der Support und technische Probleme. So hängt sich die App immer auf wenn ich bei einem manuell eingetragenen Kauf/Verkauf auf die Löschung dieser Position klicke. Durch das dadurch entstandene Durcheinander in der Depotdarstellung sehe ich nicht mehr meine persönliche Dividendenrendite. Hierzu keine Antwort vom Support. Aktuell bin ich noch premium Mitglied und würde dies auch weiterhin bleiben wenn die Buggs behoben werden. Deswegen nur eine 3/5.

Ich nutze den Dividendentracker schon lange, immer in der kostenfreien Version und war immer sehr zufrieden. Also habe ich das kostenpflichtige bestellt und dann eine große Rechnung erhalten. Der Kundenservice war extrem freundlich und professionell und hat mir den Betrag aus Kulanz erlassen weil es 2 Tage später war. Tausend Dank an Mehmet, wirklich 5 Sterne und auch Danke a das gesamte Team. Macht so weiter, ich schließe das Abo noch ab 👏

Die App ist wirklich klasse. Gute Darstellung, besonders als Jahresübersicht, sehr gute Suchfunktion und die Fundamentaldaten sind wirklich hilfreich.
