## What is MyDocVault?

MyDocVault helps turn everyday paperwork into an organized, searchable personal document library.

Scan documents on iPhone or iPad, send PDFs and images from the Share menu, or process an Inbox on Mac. MyDocVault extracts useful details, proposes filing information and keeps you in control before important documents are approved.

Key capabilities:

• Scan documents with Apple’s document camera and OCR
• Save shared Mail and Files attachments into a processing Inbox
• Organize documents by your own contexts, subjects, people, tags and financial years
• Review and correct document types, dates, amounts and filing destinations
• Teach reusable mappings from printed labels and document identifiers
• Track due dates, expiry dates and handled reminders
• Find documents using catalogue metadata and learned filing families
• Operate locally without creating a MyDocVault account
• Optionally synchronize permitted metadata and settings through your private iCloud account
• Optionally use supported on-device, local-network or user-authorized third-party AI

OCR and classification suggestions can be imperfect. MyDocVault keeps review controls visible and is an organizational aid, not professional advice.
