Now I can’t even open the app. ### 1/5 — 3 years and 5 months in from new. *2026-02-13, version 1.51.1* App is a Demic. Including the so called improvements which actually make it worse. It also makes me log in every time and takes FOREVER to load any information or connect with the car when I’m not inside the vehicle. I also hate how the app automatically starts on starting and stopping my car. TCU unit , Telematics. preconditioning has suddenly stopped. ChatGPT say: Root cause is TCU wake / backend authorisation failure. The issue affects climate only. I have been pushed from pillar to post by customer service with no fix. It also says: Dealer must escalate to DS / Stellantis Tec support requesting: 1. Full backend telematics reset. 2. Vehicle de-provisioning re -provisioning. 3. Remote-command authorisation token refresh. Vehicle reg: KW72 HZV. You have my details on file as I have just about given up on talking to customer Services.
