Now I can’t even open the app. ### 4/5 — Ds iPhone Widget *2025-11-23, version 1.50.0* Would you be able to create a widget to use on iphone just displaying the name of the car and the data (e.g gas capacity) and would it also be possible for this widget to work with older Ds’s such as 2016 Ds3’s and up. ### 4/5 — Ds 4 *2025-07-18, version 1.48.10* Most of the app is ok but my maintenance schedule never updates ?? ### 2/5 — Why so difficult to use *2025-04-13, version 1.48.6* Awful sign up process and takes an age to update when logging in. Also I’ve used the deferred charging option 3 times and hasn’t worked once. Why so bad?! ### 3/5 — Application d’un autre temps *2025-01-17* Ma DS7 est vraiment un bon véhicule. Mais ce qui vient ternir sérieusement ce tableau c’est cette application qui a de grosses lenteurs. De plus les bugs sont nombreux, connection difficile, activations des service (suivi de charge, préconditionement) fastidieux. Une fois ces services activés, on remarque qu’ils ne répondent pas vraiment aux besoins d’un conducteur de véhicule hybride, les fonctionnalité sont limitées. Recommandations aux dev : 1. Faire une app autonome qui n’ouvre pas des pages internet pour la connection et l’activation des services 2. Repenser l’ergonomie : suivi de charge, suivi au jour, à la semaine, au mois et à l’année dès la consommation et du COÛTS des charges (ajouts tarifs elec HP/HC) . Possibilité de sélectionner une période bien précise. De plus la partie analyse de trajet ne traite pas les données de consommation électrique ! Surprenant 😳 3. Arrêter l’ouverture de l’application sur le téléphone à chaque fin de trajet = intrusif 4.Supprimer toutes les lenteurs. Par exemple, il faut attendre plusieurs minutes pour que le statut de la charge s’actualise pour savoir où on en est. Ça devrait être quasiment instantané, comme le reste. Un de nos agents analysera votre demande. ### 2/5 — Very minimal *2024-10-30, version 1.48.3* This app is basic to say the least, the charging section could be so much better with an option to limit charging at 80% to prolong the battery life. Very slow to update drive journeys and after this latest update it now won’t road my cars current miles remaining from the 27th of October. ### 2/5 — New association process gives constant errors. *2024-09-11, version 1.48.1* Since the latest update, where you need to go through a 3 step association process, the app no longer works. Pour rafraîchir les données c’est la croix et la bannière… sans arrêt fermer et rouvrir l application et parfois il faut le faire 5 fois pour obtenir les données à l heure juste. Là j avais oublié de programmer la recharge différée et je n’ai jamais réussi à le faire avec l application. Impossible de rafraîchir à l heure actuelle. Il a fallu que je me déplace au véhicule, c est vraiment embêtant quand on nous vend du rêve à l’achat du véhicule. J aurais aussi souhaité plus de commande à distance … la il n’y a que Clim chauffage et charge immédiate ou différée ou encore programmer un trajet et surveiller la batterie et le restant en essence et c’est tout. It appears that the infotainment systems become obsolete very quickly. I found the process of registering tedious and overcomplicated. The password for account was not the most accessible friendly to set. The app provides information for new models that are not relevant to my car. It is difficult to update maps on the car and use the previously available features to the full capacity. I like the concepts and the features that could be available but I would not recommend the brand as the technology and features become limited once the company has discontinued its support and there is no real justification for it not to work as intended other than to try to push people to upgrade for better in driving experiences. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work anymore *2024-06-18, version 1.46.0* Worked perfectly well until about a month ago, when app opens on black page and nothing visible. Deleted and downloaded, lost all data and stopped working again ### 1/5 — Can’t even sign in to use the app *2024-06-05, version 1.46.0* Try to sign in, the screen flashes a few times and then asks me to sign in again ### 1/5 — Poor app *2024-05-21, version 1.46.0* After purchasing my new car I was very excited to see that DS had an app just like the My Citroen one which I was able to use faultlessly, This app however is useless, it will not let me login to the app itself despite saying my log in was successful, I’ve raised 3 complaints without any support or answers. Don’t waste your time trying to use this app. ### 1/5 — Removal of options *2024-04-27, version 1.45.0* I own a DS7 Crossback and until recently I could pre-plan my route on my phone and it would automatically start when I connected to my car. It also recorded trip data but not any longer. Now that only applies if you have an e-tense vehicle. Including the so called improvements which actually make it worse. I’d advise not to even buy a DS 🤪🔫 ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-01-10, version 1.51.1* This is the most useless app I’ve ever used. It doesn’t register my cars location. It also makes me log in every time and takes FOREVER to load any information or connect with the car when I’m not inside the vehicle. I also hate how the app automatically starts on starting and stopping my car. It’s a shame because the car is beautiful and great to drive, but the app is absolutely awful. ### 1/5 — Total Rubbish *2026-01-08, version 1.51.1* Fails to sync with car an inform me charging progress or conditioning of car. Replies “there’s been a problem”. ### 1/5 — Update broke it *2026-01-08, version 1.51.1* Doesnt work since update ### 1/5 — Preconditioning not working recently. *2026-01-07, version 1.51.1* I have thrown the working scenarios between the app and the car into ChatGPT and clearly stated that it is a known issue with Stellantis. TCU unit , Telematics. preconditioning has suddenly stopped. ChatGPT say: Root cause is TCU wake / backend authorisation failure. The issue affects climate only. I have been pushed from pillar to post by customer service with no fix. It also says: Dealer must escalate to DS / Stellantis Tec support requesting: 1. Full backend telematics reset. 2. Vehicle de-provisioning re -provisioning. 3. Remote-command authorisation token refresh. Vehicle reg: KW72 HZV. You have my details on file as I have just about given up on talking to customer Services. Can get this small fix done for a very expensive vehicle. 🚗 ### 1/5 — Dysfunctional *2025-12-03, version 1.50.0* The app keeps requesting me to sign in, every time I enter the car ### 1/5 — Rarely connects *2025-07-22, version 1.48.11* This app used to be quite good now it doesn’t connect to hen it did it missed off nearly a month of journeys now I haven’t been able to connect for the last month. It’s awful! ### 1/5 — Dreadful app *2025-04-10, version 1.48.6* Absolutely dreadful app. Works very rarely, doesn’t connect to the car, the manual is the equivalent of an online PDF, I missed my first service because it wasn’t showing on the app, I manually added the service and it changed my car’s mileage for reasons known only to DS. Il faut rafraîchir les deux pages plusieurs fois pour avoir l autonomie batterie en km. Application très décevante et pénible à utiliser. Les développeurs ont ils réellement testé l App avant de la diffuser ?
