I sent in a complaint for a low hanging limb in September and I have not seen any progress or heard back. Just submitted a second request and maybe sometime someone will get back to me when they feel like it.

I downloaded the app to report a missed trash pickup as directed to by the city's website.  A week later they picked up the missed trash pickup on my normal day.  I also used it to report a burned out streetlight.  An automatic response said to call the power company.  Waste of city money on an app that doesn't do anything!

Used app to access site to submit request for storm debris removal, crew was there the next day! Great way to skip the phone tree.
