When the recharge data credit running low, cannot buy add-on for more data till it goes zero and eats into my balance/bonus, which is very very expensive!! Is really a big scam by deducting my credit balance first before you can buy the add-on everytime for years. 2. Everytime managed to buy the data add-on, the internet cut-off and must need to reboot the phone.. What a big joke and let down. Imagin doing something important halfway, run out of data, buy add-on and the next thing you have NO INTERNET Connection and need to reboot the phone and you missed out the important tasks that you were doing halfway and lost everything, especially when it cost a lot of money for the failed incomplete tasks that you were doing.. SICK!!! 3. A very expensive DST services base on per data costing comparing around the region offering better and faster and seamless usage without interruption. On many days on every month, there sure to be no internet service.. very frequent and unreliable interruption. 4. How to expect to do important tasks, stock market tradings, currency dealings and many more with such unreliable service provider. 5. When calling customer services, you will meet a bunch of cannot this cannot that type of attitude and they have no knowledge of their jobs and the service provider limitation. Totally lack of knowledge. Even when you go to their office, also the same thing. A bunch of useless customer service provider.. Deposited also can't handle properly and changing from prepaid to postpaid and vice versa is a total disappointment and disaster. Since Telbru time till now.. No improvement while all the regional telcos have advance so far ahead... SAD.. give up.. How I wish the neighboring regional telcos service providers can come in here to take over all the useless telcos here!!!
