You said the price increase would be effective from 1st April that’s today, I paid my subscription yesterday thinking it will reflect today and now they are still asking for the additional fee added before my decoder reconnects

The app tells you that it is due an update and gives you the link to the page for down loading. Hit the view button and you are taken back to the DSTV site where you started. 
This has been going on for months.
Poor show by DSTV when customers are due to pay.

This app suddenly stopped working. I deleted it and reinstalled it only to see that it is not available "in my country"? I then tried to download the "Africa" version, only to see that South Africa is not listed. I am very frustrated.
