This is what monopoly does. When you don’t have the voice of another service, they can give shoddy service and still stay in business. Premium package. Thatt took 11 days! Finally found an agent/call centre operator who was prepared to help. 1,5 hours on the phone. Concluded I would pay R737 pro rata for the month. Paid. Tried to log into DStv - now have a message I owe a further R396 from last month - before I signed up for DStv! Here comes more hours on the line with an agent/call centre person who has no clue!
