Well, I was wrong with my assumption. It is a ‘messy’ app, things all over the place, when it lists the days line up of viewing you can’t see everything at once - you have to scroll onto one item to light it up (which is so frustrating) and as far as I could see there was no where for me to search for a particular program that I wanted to watch. Nothing is laid out very well and I was consistently hit with a Standard Bank advert literally four seconds apart. I eWanted to make adjustments to it. DStv were so intent on having an advertising bar at the bottom of the page that they wouldn’t let they keyboard on my iPad pop up so I could make a menu choice. DStv has gone down hill. This is what monopoly does. When you don’t have the voice of another service, they can give shoddy service and still stay in business. Premium package. Thatt took 11 days! Finally found an agent/call centre operator who was prepared to help. 1,5 hours on the phone. Concluded I would pay R737 pro rata for the month. Paid. Tried to log into DStv - now have a message I owe a further R396 from last month - before I signed up for DStv! Here comes more hours on the line with an agent/call centre person who has no clue! But recently, most of the rewards crashes the app before you can even claim them. Really poor performance at the moment.
