Tried updating it, but didn’t help. Please, please, please fix these basic issues. It’s legit not that hard. If your current IT contractor hasn’t given you this, it’s a sign they must be replaced with a competent one. Also I just recharged 2 days ago and now I’m getting a message saying 4 viewing days left 🤬 ….. I blame myself for wanting to give Dstv another try …. Once I’m logged in, I didn’t have to bother logging in again whenever I needed to fix an error or pay my subscription. With this new app, after logging in and enabling Face ID. After a few days, if I try logging in again it will say Face ID failed and I need to start looking for my smart card number again. This is poor.
