And I have a lot of free space. There is no even an image of my bike when I add it in the app. I was hoping to find service intervals, there is zero info about the bike. The default screen is just marketing puff and you have to wade through it to get to what information it has on a bike. It does not allow you to add any third party work that’s done and does not even appear to record any warranty work that’s been carried out. It therefore does not provide even a basic record of the bike’s history. And it doesn’t even recognise Scotland as a country. Given all my bike info and service info is stored in here, surprised to see today that all my information seems to have disappeared from the app. My registered bike’s gone as well as service history. Very disappointing and concerning. Having to try and re enter the bike info, but not sure if I’ll get my service history back (there’s no physical service book these days, so not sure how that’s going work). I went through at least 20 verification processes, but I lost my patience when it wouldn’t stop with the Captcha verifications.
