Why do we need a link to the shop when many of your filters are regularly out of stock? And then, why, for the love of god, WHY, would we ever need an AI assistant in this app? THIS IS SLOP. WE DO NOT NEED THIS. ### 1/5 — Broken iOS Shorcuts - Avoid Update *2026-08-24, version 6.4.26320* As others have already stated, the latest update broke iOS Shortcuts. This build should not have passed QA. Please prioritize a fix ASAP, as this is the focal feature of this app. ### 2/5 — No Siri Shortcuts Support *2026-08-24, version 6.4.26320* The latest release strips away integration with Shortcuts. That was pretty much the only way of making it work with Apple Home. ### 1/5 — Update messed up iPhone shortcuts *2026-08-24, version 6.4.26320* Clearly inadequate testing. All I can get is “there was a problem with the app” yeah, no kidding. What a wonderful error. This fan is of no use anymore if I can’t voice control it. ### 2/5 — New iOS app design not very useful *2026-08-19, version 6.4.26320* I have a hot & cool air purifier that I’ve had for years. I liked the old iOS app design much better. The controls were marked & easy to understand. Information readily accessible. The new app is not very intuitive & seems bare bones compared to the old one. I can’t get the unit to oscillate with the app anymore. Have to use the remote. Few controls with the app & not marked. Mostly the new app is best for turning the unit on & off, providing some air quality data, & hopefully tells you when to change the filter. Paid such a lot of money thinking it was a Dyson and would be great.
