It’s 2026 and you can’t integrate with Apple home, Siri, automations? Forcing people to only use the devices via your silly app. If you’re going to have the first tab as the shop, build it properly, not just a pop up to browse the normal website. ### 2/5 — No Siri Shortcuts Support *2026-08-24, version 6.4.26320* The latest release strips away integration with Shortcuts. I liked the old iOS app design much better. The controls were marked & easy to understand. Information readily accessible. The new app is not very intuitive & seems bare bones compared to the old one. I can’t get the unit to oscillate with the app anymore. Have to use the remote. Few controls with the app & not marked. Mostly the new app is best for turning the unit on & off, providing some air quality data, & hopefully tells you when to change the filter. However schedules lose random zones in the maps, DND just doesn’t work and complete causes the robots to do nothing. The mapping of zones in the app is so inaccurate the old app did a better job without Lidar. Dyson support are useless and refuse to deal with software issues and continue to claim that the robot getting stuck causes the issues. If the robot gets stuck and wipes zones from the configured schedule that is a software issue ### 1/5 — Doesn't respond *2026-07-27, version 6.4.26280* Sometimes it doesn't respond. The vacuum needs to be powered off and back on and then you can start a detailed clean. This process takes 5 minutes.
