I tried to register a few times, landed at selfie it keeps on having errors. Its link with prudential assurance Malaysia. If a simple apps is not working, how confident the consumer towards insurance ?

Even after verification of email for first time login, the apps still flagged me as "inactive account" and keep asking to check mailbox.

Even after running on the last eat update and after clicking the email link for First Time Sign On, same problem persists: “Account Inactive, please check your mailbox and activate your account (2009)”. However, I have no issue to sign in from website but can’t sign in via app. Please look into this matter.

But I keep get the message of invalid login or password.

When I select Forgot Password option, the apps will send the new password to the email (last 3 characters) and phone number(last 3 digits)  I don’t recognize.
