They had all my payment information and was set for auto pay. They made a mistake and never processed the first couple payments and admitted to it and still charged me over 100$ in late fees. Selecting a payment amount isn’t functional. The interest rate is outrageous and they will take advantage of your desperation. I clearly did not read the tiny fine print on my telephone as I was at the auto shop trying to figure out how to pay for surprise repairs. I figured the interest may be higher but figured beggars can’t be choosers. I had NO IDEA 89% interest was even legal!! The wording on their application is also very tricky. So essentially you will only actually pay a very small amount off the payoff amount, which in most cases keeps people in financial bondage to easy pay. I have been trying to open an account and it won’t let me. I put my info in then it takes me to a page like I’m already done without letting me put in a password. Then when I try to register again it does the same thing.
