### 1/5 — Can’t log in... EVER!

*2020-10-31*

I get an error every time I try to log in. In fact, I’ve never been able to log in.
I’m new to ECP and still haven’t received my medications. It’s been a few weeks now. I’m about to cancel with this company completely!

### 1/5 — Just created account and won’t let me in

*2020-08-19*

I have already received meds from you and your website telling me no member found.

### 1/5 — It used to work

*2020-08-11*

But now keeps crashing and I Take seizure medicine and don’t need a pill 💊 reminder that doesn’t work especially if I’m going to be driving every day 🤬

### 1/5 — Black Screen

*2018-10-09*

It’s a nice app when it works! I am able to use the app only once or twice a week. I am an iPhone user and I keep getting a black screen. Please fix!

**Developer response:** Hello,

This issue was caused by the new Face ID feature. We have updated the app to resolve this issue. Sorry for the trouble.

### 1/5 — Mrbill0528

*2017-08-28*

It's a wonderful idea, but after about a week, I keep getting an error message that says value cannot be null. Please fix.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Unable to look at medication data on the app. So frustrating!!

*2023-11-29*

If I select the second item on the bottom of the app, I get either nothing or an error message. This was really helpful when going to a doctor appointment but now it doesn’t work at all.

### 1/5 — This is the worst app ever

*2023-11-23*

It’s gives you a error message when you try to access it

### 1/5 — Very poorly put together

*2023-08-25*

I had to call customer service twice to even get set up with the app. It kept telling me verification was invalid after it verified my name and social. Nothing in the app actually works. Like other reviewers mentioned. You mark that you took your med and it still shows that you need to take it. I tried changing my times to take my meds but it doesn’t alert me. I went through to make sure all the settings are on. I had to reset them all individually numerous times. Especially the time zone for some reason.

A specific complaint about exact care, I got them so all my meds would be in one easy package. It makes it very inconvenient when they send me multiple meds “outside of my package” yet still in the same package just not in the little packs with my other pills. It makes for quite the hassle.
Also, they do not communicate well. They caused a nearly 3 week gap in my medication.
Unhappy Customer

### 1/5 — Terrible Customer Service

*2022-05-06*

The concept of the Exact Pack is a good one but their customer service is abysmal.
Every time I call with a question I get transferred to different departments and it takes at least 30-40 minutes waiting on the phone to get a simple answer. I would suggest another online pharmacy if you don’t have 30-40 minutes to wait on the phone for an answer to a simple question

### 1/5 — This app did not recognize my e-mail.

*2021-09-13*

This app is not workable with patients. They need a complete overhaul to fix the problems this App has. It doesn’t recognize e-mails or passwords. And, when trying to send the pin to reset the password, it fails constantly.

### 1/5 — My ECP app

*2021-07-31*

Manure problems with app when taken your meds hit that you taken them most of the time still saying that you need to take your meds. Paying for the bill the amount you owe not knowing it was for same bill now over payment of the bill now a negative amount owe. App very slow looks like like the app was written by a 10 year old. When will they get a app that actually will work. Not going to use it anymore until the do upgrade in the app so it will work.

### 1/5 — Password reset

*2021-07-23*

App is terrible you it signs you out randomly and won’t work with your password anymore and then when you try to do a password reset it keeps saying the email address I used is invalid. When you try to do it by phone it will always tell you the pin code it messages you is invalid so you can’t reset your password and get onto the app. No matter how many time you send the code it’s always invalid.

### 1/5 — Broken

*2021-06-21*

Time to start over... this is garbage... it can’t even launch.

### 1/5 — Can’t log in!

*2021-01-27*

I need to change my password but every time I put my CORRECT last four digits of SSN and/or use face ID, it says the number is wrong. Please fix this.

### 1/5 — It tells me invalid for everything I type in

*2021-01-01*

I type in code I type in email ssn and all I get is error messages tried crate another says patient not found went to old one patient not found then said change password email it made no sense to me please fix this so I know when meds are delivered I use this app all the time.

### 5/5 — Question

*2022-04-07*

Am I the only one that can’t figure out how to see what meds was included in package that was sent out only way I can if I delete the app and sign in on line

### 5/5 — Great pill reminder app

*2019-02-08*

I like the notifications that tell what time the meds should be taken.

### 4/5 — Capability

*2022-11-06*

For the most part I’m very satisfied with ExactCare. But sometimes the get my medicines wrong. Mostly because of when they submit the Rx to my insurance company. And each time it’s been different medications. Like, they’ll give me a certain amount in a bottle instead of in the pill pack. But like I said. I’m mostly satisfied. Having all my meds already packaged is so much more convenient than having to fill up pill caddy’s every 2 weeks. I signed my mother up too. It used to take me more than an hour to fill her 3 week caddies. I dreaded having to do it. And then there’s mine too. I have stage 4 metastatic melanoma but am in remission. The immunotherapy and the cancer itself have really taken a toll on my body and now I have what seems like 15 medications every day. So having them prepackaged is a God send. Thank you so much ExactCare staff.

### 2/5 — Keeps crashing !!!

*2020-08-07*

Ever since I got this app it’s been crashing and I do use this for my husbands meds!
