But recently noticed it is kind of very slow in response. Sometimes it’s busy when you click on test results and keeps failing. I am an emeritus MD staff member with Elmhurst Hospital, worked with computers for over 50 years. My philosophy is that if you can’t do something with an iPhone, it isn’tworth doing! I have been stymied this time by not being allowed to(Or plainly instructed by the program) how to get from a text message giving me a verification code to a screen where I could enter that code. Two approaches repeating given instructions yielded the same result, looped into the starting screen! It took me 15 minutes on the EE Health help line to get to the right screen. Don’t your programmers TEST their output before releasing software for use? If the Software guys and the suits running things want efficiency with computer based patient management, testing thoroughly would save time and money for all concerned. ### 5/5 — My chart *2025-10-10, version 10.8.5* I love this app it is so convenient!! I clicked on schedule tests. The option is not available. No other category. Tried making appt on the web. Was nearly complete but errored out when I was directed back to the app to sign in and finish the process. Glitches, confusing, unclear. I have already had an experience with complete information not being explained to me. I had to send a message asking for clarification and they had to call me. ### 1/5 — Billing incorrectly and no one to speak to about it. *2026-05-04, version 11.7.2* I have been dealing with the terrible billing team at eehealth for a Covid test and strep test that they charged my $1500 for and no one will talk to me when I message on the app. There is no one to sit down with in person and go see and the reps on the phone have no information they just say “pay us”. It is by far the worst system I’ve ever seen and they are robbing patients, customers and insurance departments. On the app I clicked “im here button”. The map tracked my location. That is the proof but when I reached no one was available in the front desk. I waited 2 mins then sat and started paying through app, did all e- check activities while was seating in the doctor’s office. Then my husband showed up after parking the car and I told him I couldn’t find anyone in the front desk. He was very tall and someone came and telling us “ I was about to cancel and reschedule your appointment” come early for your next appointment” should I accept their false acquisition and keep my mouth shut “ No!! I told her no one was here when I arrived “on time” she showed me someone sitting “back of a desk far from the front desk” and told she is here” and the front desk person went for lunch ! in a HARSH tone and tried shutting me down.
