Support team rarely ever gets back to u ### 3/5 — Where did it go? *2026-01-05* I was really enjoying it and making good money and then all of a sudden there has not been any studies for multiple weeks. I am super sad. I'm hoping it comes back. ### 2/5 — Unprofessional and Effort-Squeezing *2025-10-27* I’ve had a terrible experience with Midland Healthcare AI. There’s no way to contact anyone, they never respond to emails or messages. I lost my earnings because my PayPal changed when I moved countries, and no one helped. It’s really unprofessional and frustrating. Plus, tasks that used to take 7 calls for $30 now take almost 2 hours. The work has become repetitive and not worth the effort. ### 2/5 — Buggy! *2025-06-04* Very buggy app. Calls rarely come through and when they do, the surveys won’t submit. Also, one survey has 6-8 different calls and only pays $20-$30. So you’re only making about $15 per hour here. Also calls are getting longer in length and compensation less. Frustrating. Was enjoying it but seems to be getting worse. Not sure if it’s crashing due to the amount of people making calls or not. Also, not receiving notifications via text as requested. But a lot of times the studies are paused so you can’t go back to work on them when you have the time. Then the studies will disappear, it says you have two days to complete but they will be gone before that time is up and you’ve then wasted time working on those studies. For example I had started two studies which each included 9 calls, I still had one day to complete them but when I went to finish they they were gone.
