Nothing is intuitive. You’d think in 2026 they would have a functioning app, but it’s not helpful in so many ways. Best thing is being able to add my card to my Apple wallet ### 1/5 — Worst App in Healthcare EVER *2026-05-12, version 258.011.3* 2026 and the people who developed this app for Emblem can’t seem to get the simplest of things to work! When you try to sign in, they want to use a verification system that sends you a code. Nothing new about that; the technology is over a decade old. HOWEVER, once you RECEIVE the code, THERE IS NO PLACE TO ACTUALLY ENTER IT! Don’t waste your time with this trash app, and question your health insurance provider if they can’t offer a simple way to access your healthcare information! If they do this poorly with an app, just what else are they doing poorly? ### 1/5 — Clunky *2026-01-07* This is one of the hardest apps to use. It lags and sticks. Doesn’t allow you to easily go back and forward between pages. Then when I try to use the web version, it automatically takes me right back to the app leaving me in a loop. Very unpleasant experience. ### 1/5 — Not a Serious App *2026-01-02* This app is a full-screen web view that opens the mobile website on launch. It offers no native iOS functionality of any kind. Buttons that are broken on the mobile website remain broken in this app’s web view. You will get zero functional difference from simply logging in via Safari, all it does is take up extra space on your phone to install.
