Major links like primary care, physician or change provider don’t even work. I have deleted the app and started all over again to get the same message that it’s my iPhone pop up blocker. Very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2025-03-17* This app is just as bad as the medical care that Emblem Heath delivers. You can’t view EOB or messages because the app isn’t set to allow pop ups. You get a notification that pop ups aren’t allowed and reconfigure your browser to allow them. However the browser is set up to allow pop ups and yet the Emblem app still won’t allow them. What good is have an app if you can’t use it? Also their doctors list is hopeless outdated and they refuse to trim their provider lists. They are afraid of people seeing how short their provider list really is. Everyone associated with this should be embarrassed. Basically , just points to the web site. And why 2-factor authentication every time?! No Face ID. No “Remember Me”. I checked my settings and my pop-ups is not blocked. So don't know what's that about. Verified all settings in browsers allowing pop ups. Re-installed the app. Nothing fixes it. Unusable. Went to every setting. Can’t disable pop up blocking within the app, so what’s the point of giving access to documents we can’t view? Really need to produce a better app where the information loads properly. Nothing is intuitive. You’d think in 2026 they would have a functioning app, but it’s not helpful in so many ways. Best thing is being able to add my card to my Apple wallet ### 1/5 — Worst App in Healthcare EVER *2026-05-12, version 258.011.3* 2026 and the people who developed this app for Emblem can’t seem to get the simplest of things to work! When you try to sign in, they want to use a verification system that sends you a code. Nothing new about that; the technology is over a decade old. HOWEVER, once you RECEIVE the code, THERE IS NO PLACE TO ACTUALLY ENTER IT! Don’t waste your time with this trash app, and question your health insurance provider if they can’t offer a simple way to access your healthcare information! If they do this poorly with an app, just what else are they doing poorly? ### 1/5 — Clunky *2026-01-07* This is one of the hardest apps to use. It lags and sticks. Doesn’t allow you to easily go back and forward between pages. Then when I try to use the web version, it automatically takes me right back to the app leaving me in a loop. Buttons that are broken on the mobile website remain broken in this app’s web view. This issue persists in the app across many updates to IOS and the App itself , the issue happens in the Emblem Health App and may need integration to Safari to work around the Blocked Popups issue.
