Unless I’m having a brain fart I cannot get into the app! I used to have this app so I know how it worked. Right now there are 4 dots and illustrations and I cannot seem to get past that into the darn app! Go to get help with the app…website coming soon. That’s no help at all.

Could you reach out to us at gtreulands@myemerg.com with screenshots so that we could resolve this issue? We are having trouble reproducing the problem. At the said screen, you should swipe to the last page (dots represent pages), swipe left/right and on the last page there should appear Continue button.

I love being able to have majority of info in one place but all information was erased after the upgrade so lost nearly a years worth of entries plus items I had put in from past. Not able to backup that I can find is another issue. Import from contacts doesn’t fill in all lines. Not helpful if I have to still type in most of information. Also not sure what phone number it is to pull but doesn’t give option.

**Developer response:** We are very sorry to hear that. If you update myEmerg app from Appstore (once new version comes out), your data should still be there. Obviously, in some cases it does not work. We are working to fix the issues.

The GPS feature is really cool. It is very responsive. In sec you can find an appropriate nearby facility if you are in unfamiliar area. I like that I can see all closest locations on a map at once. Cool.💪
