There's absolutely no way to reset password. If you forget your password, you're just out of luck. Lame!

It’s one of the worst app to work. To start with, it never loads for first time, you can compose email and send but once you got response, it will never allow to reply at all. It’s keep showing “ loading”. If you want to send message to Dr with attachment, it never works. Either they need to fix the app or withdraw it from AppStore.
