### 3/5 — New - but don’t yet see improvement

*2026-08-26, version 11.8.3*

New app. Don’t see improvement. Not all data was transferred from Northshore Connect account … putting extra effort on patients. Not what I expected… at least I have the doctors I signed up with 🙂

### 3/5 — Very difficult to get code sent on phone and transfer back to screen

*2026-08-23, version 11.8.3*

Am I missing something? Seems like it is a glitch in your system as I get closed out.

### 2/5 — Am I the Doctor now???

*2026-08-23, version 11.8.3*

I’m scheduling a colonoscopy because Dr. E’s office tried to call to cancel but couldn’t reach me, so it’s up to ME to reschedule and play GO FISH all over. Click schedule appointment, then… Well, it’s not under labs, so maybe I can drill down under all of the specialties? Where’s the search function? It’s gotten harder to contact my doctor on the app too, so I guess it’s only good for showing the receptionist I have an appointment when it thinks I have one.

### 3/5 — Can’t find appointments

*2026-08-15, version 11.8.3*

There should be a visits tab that lets you easily manage/ cancel and review a list of appointments but this app buries it. Now I have to call tomorrow for help.

### 2/5 — Review

*2026-08-14, version 11.8.3*

Too complicated

### 2/5 — Vaccines

*2026-08-13, version 11.8.3*

Stop reminding and pushing vaccines you think I need, I should be able to shut that off.

### 2/5 — My Endeavor App

*2026-08-10, version 11.7.4*

The app contains reminders on already completed referrals which is confusing It even contains a reminder for a vaccine when I wasn’t even in this state or under the care of NorthShore or Endeavor Health. I tried to delete erroneous data but was unable to do so. The conversion was not the best.

### 1/5 — Portal is unfit for human consumption

*2026-08-08, version 11.7.4*

It is obvious that the My Endeavor Portal “Went live” without proper stress testing. It is a shame that the patients are constantly instructed to use a tool that the administration knows to be faulty and incomplete. Worse, the telephone communication has patients waiting for hours, only to find that the representatives are unable to assist. This situation was avoidable had better planning and coordination been employed

### 1/5 — Awful

*2026-08-07, version 11.7.4*

Since new transmission you as a patient and also scheduling cannot schedule you for appt due to lack of being able to see all scheduling option and escalation to management is not able to assist due to obvious overwhelming transfers and system conditions. All the personnel trying to help are doing their best, you can tell.

### 1/5 — My Endeavor Rollout

*2026-08-06, version 11.7.4*

I gave you one star, due to the new rollout, and I understand the glitches that occurs. So I will give you two months and review it again.

### 2/5 — Restricting to communication and care

*2026-08-06, version 11.7.4*

This app simply funnels any attempt to communicate with my care team to call centers. When you really need help your forced to go to you care team in person. Referrals, simple chats with my PCP, all removed. Garbage.

### 1/5 — Can’t schedule stress test

*2026-08-06, version 11.7.4*

My doctor ordered a nuclear stress test. I tried the listed number and a recording says their answering will take a long time so I should schedule on the main app. I go back here and the only option is to schedule an office visit with a cardiologist.

### 1/5 — Missing Info

*2026-08-06, version 11.7.4*

I am trying to message a very important doctor of mine, but I can not. His name was removed from my list of doctors.
Sometimes I login and I get a message “Failed to load information”.
I received a message that I need to schedule a procedure, but I already have an appointment.
I had to call to make sure that I still have my appointment for next Monday.
I wish we had the NorthShore Connect app.

### 1/5 — No response on refill request a week ago out of medication

*2026-08-05, version 11.7.4*

I know patients that left your group. Failure to follow uo on requests. I made a request last week on this app. And now my pharmacy had for my Monjourno. I to take this weekly as it is prescribed monthly with 4 injectors. I took my last shot this past Saturday. Nothing is being done! My pharmacist sent a request! I’ve been diagnosed diabetic and will no have medication due to this mess up of a app! Fix it!

### 3/5 — Appointments

*2026-08-05, version 11.7.4*

When I look at View Instructions and Details, the app seems to be asking me to make appointments I’ve already made.

### 3/5 — Not well tested

*2026-08-05, version 11.7.4*

While basic functionality has ported over from prior apps, there are key functions that were clearly not tested. For example, I cannot book appointments with some of my providers because the system now says I am a new patient or not an active patient with that provider even though I am, leading to having to call and sit through long hold queues instead of self service.

### 1/5 — Terrible App

*2026-08-04, version 11.7.4*

Buggy and constantly crashing.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Disaster

*2026-08-25, version 11.8.3*

This app is a disaster. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for weeks now. Every time I try, it locks up and won’t give me appointment times. When I was finally able to schedule, the app didn’t give me the video call information to connect. Worse still, there is no option to message the provider I was supposed to see to let her know. This app makes me want to cry.

### 1/5 — Not a fan

*2026-08-20, version 11.8.3*

Very difficult to see everything on phone and even harder to get into from computer!

### 1/5 — Appointments and confusion

*2026-08-20, version 11.8.3*

For my most recent appointment, I received four or five reminders, each of which told me a different location. I had difficulty reaching someone to determine if I needed to go to Bannockburn, Glenbrook, or if the visit was a telehealth visit.
Also, I just checked my tasks to be completed and they are for my husband, not me. It would be great if you could straighten this out as soon as possible.

### 1/5 — New app is terrible

*2026-08-19, version 11.8.3*

Trying to schedule an appt or send a message to my specialist is frustrating a near impossible. I finally got to a message window where I could see the provider I needed but the route to get there was so haphazard that I would not be able to reliably repeat it. Why are the names of the providers I have seen just listed so I could message them from the first screen. Also, the app would not let me make an appt with the specialist I need to see. I really like and respect my doctors and the other support staff, but Endeavor as a business is absolutely terrible.

### 1/5 — System update :(

*2026-08-19, version 11.8.3*

Since updating your system I can’t not see my follow up notes nor can I make appointments online. I never had an issue till now. Horrible!

### 1/5 — My endeavor

*2026-08-17, version 11.8.3*

Takes forever

### 1/5 — responses

*2026-08-17, version 11.8.3*

bad stop blocking responses to a question or let me speak to somebody

### 1/5 — Website is awful

*2026-08-16, version 11.8.3*

Website is unfriendly to use. Impossible to message to specialists who take care of me.

### 1/5 — App

*2026-08-12, version 11.8.3*

Your app closing the older history message to my doctors which I needed to follow up and send. A request and it’s so hard to navigate and needed to book an appointment again just to have a conversation with my doctors given the amount of time calling your hotline that’s hard to connect with your doctors and communicate we are all busy in our daily work and consuming my time and now I don’t know how I can communicate my doctor again as I have my health important issues to discuss

### 1/5 — The app is a mess.

*2026-08-10, version 11.7.4*

So far my next two appointments do not appear in my “visits”. When I called tech help it took a long time to get that message across. I was told it would be reported to supervisors. If that happened nothing was done to correct the problem. So are my next two appointments actually scheduled. Since surgery is based on those appointments happening I’m left to wonder if anything at all is going to happen. Get it together tech department. So far your app is a mess.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Top notch care

*2026-08-26, version 11.8.3*

I can not thank the te of doctors that have rallied on my team to benefit my recent diagnosis for colon cancer and the steps following (which we are not yet sure what those look like). Though this process has gone on longer than I expected, I feel like it has been thorough and in my best interests. There are many unknowns that the team is recognizing I do not understand by the looo. On my face (a huge credit to the young doctors (Andy and Quinn) mixed with their experienced colleagues who have taken the time to help us understand. I have felt nothing but safe and supported throughout this process and I will make sure to ask questions I now know to ask, to continue those relationships. I am a middle school teacher at heart and this is my IEP! It is a lot but it is also something out in place to help me do all the things I ask of my students. Ask questions, advocate for myself, tell someone when something is painful and needs attention (which I am an awful student at myself but I am getting there. Asking questions until I really understand is huge for me as well. I am not scared (yet) of any of this. Cancer Sucks and I am here to fight it! I have a lot I still want to do in life so let’s go! Easier said than done sometimes. The earliest appointment is September 2 sounds like forever but really it is “just next week” so enjoy my visit at home, sleeping in my own bed but let’s also get ready for what is next. I appreciate everyone and everything so far. Thank you for helping me feel powerful to take this on! Let’s do it! You are my power team!

### 5/5 — Endeavor Health

*2026-08-24, version 11.8.3*

Great!

### 5/5 — Treating staff is excellent!!!

*2026-08-20, version 11.8.3*

Every appointment, every procedure is handled with care, skill and professionalism! Staff is always friendly and compassionate. The biggest problem is contacting staff by phone. This is NOT handled well and has long waits. I know this bothers staff members. They often give me alternate phone numbers to try to contact them.

### 5/5 — TERRIBLE customer service

*2026-08-04, version 11.7.4*

TERRIBLE customer service

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2026-07-27, version 11.7.2*

I’ve enjoyed NorthShoreConnect because your information is at your fingertips.
There are no specific working hours, which makes it easy to access your Information at any time that is convenient for me. It is very user-friendly.
I utilize my information often.
Thank you.

### 5/5 — Direct contact with Doctors

*2026-07-05, version 11.7.2*

Messages are sent directly to your doctors (including your photos of the problem, if necessary). Someone from the doctor’s team will respond after the doctor has reviewed your message. Phone calls to the receptionist do not get through so this method is a sure way of reaching your doctor.

### 5/5 — Wonderful App

*2026-06-29, version 11.7.2*

I absolutely love having this app! It’s so convenient to be able to send a message whenever I have a question or concern. Dr. Tanney is always incredibly responsive and gets back to me right away, which gives me so much peace of mind. The communication and care have been outstanding. I truly appreciate having such easy access to my doctor. Highly recommend!

### 5/5 — All my family medical in one place

*2026-06-27, version 11.7.2*

I love that all my doctors have visibility to my total health data. I also love that I can manage my elderly parents from the same app.

### 5/5 — Messaging

*2026-06-17, version 11.7.2*

Excellent tool for communicating between patient and doctor. I have been using for years. A lot of time can be saved without appointment. It’s not an answer for an appointment but very useful.

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2026-06-05, version 11.7.2*

This app is wonderful and very user friendly! Thank you for making communication fast and eficient between everyone involved.
