De 2 zile incerc sa log in dar app- ul nu funcționează

**Developer response:** Buna! Asigura-te ca ai o conexiune stabila la internet. Apoi treci din nou prin pasul de autentificare, dar si de resetare a parolei. Daca situatia persista trimite-ne o captura de ecran cu eroarea afisata si numele de utilizator pe adresa de e-mail: mobile.ro@enel.com. Intre timp, poti accesa serviciile noastre in varianta online, de aici: https://www.enel.ro/enel-energie/ro/servicii-online.html Daca situatia a fost remediata intre timp, te rugam sa reevaluezi nota acordata aplicatiei MyEnel. iar au facut update iar nu te poti autentifica … de ce nu va duceti sa faceti livrari la pizza hut nu stiu?! macar acolo nu va trebuie creier doar picioare si gps . trec la engie ca aia macar stiu sa faca o aplicatie functionala.

Platforma MyEnel este utila in gestionarea relatiei contractuale cu noi, respectiv ai acces la platile efectuate, facturi, situatia soldului cat si transmite indexul si vizualiza istoricul acestuia. Prin MyEnel mai ai acces si la cele mai recente campanii care sunt in desfasurare, iar acestea se pot inchide de pe butonul "X", pentru a putea naviga datele din cont. Daca informatiile ti-au fost de folos si nu intampini probleme la accesarea contului MyEnel, te rugam sa ne ajuti cu reevaluarea notei acordata aplicatiei. O zi frumoasa! Echipa Enel

Nu mai functioneaza cu parola existenta, schimb parola si nu merge nici cu cea noua. Tot ce vreau este sa pot plati online.

inceata.. foarte inceata si de prea multe ori ne-functionala. Scouil aplicatiei este in principal de a  efectua plati nu de a promova energie verde si alte imbecilitati importate de pe la altii. Scoateti porcariile si faceti aplicatia lean sa isi serveasca scopul principal in primul rand!

Nu pot sa descarc factura

**Developer response:** Buna! Te rugam sa te asiguri ca ai conexiunea la internet stabila, iar daca este vorba despre factura emisa recent, o poti accesa la cateva zile de la emitere. din cand in cand ma obliga sa actualizez aplicatia, de parca ar fi facebook.

 intr-o demonstratie de incompetenta, dupa fiecare actualizare uita userul si parola, trebuie sa le introduc din nou.

Dupa gafa cu neschimbarea codului ce verifica versiunea... au revenit si aplicatia face exact ce trebuie. Geniala ideea cu butonul de lanterna la pagina de intoducere index. Sa mariti salariul celui ce a venit cu ideea!
