O aplicatie care isi serveste scopul in mod constant si previzibil, lipsita de reclame imbecile despre energia verde si fara nivele de securitate exagerate. Asta e un lucru foarte bun mai ales intr-o tara in care 95% din aplicatii sunt la nivelul anilor 90 si au in spate procese de munca din anii 60…. Apare si dispare aproape instant o fereastra care sare de sus in jos si se mentine in aceasta actiune in care spune ca nu esti conectat la Wifi, insa nu apuci sa faci nimic. App Crashes, not user friendly, unreliable, you cannot add a second “ loc deconsum”! You’re stack in one, unacceptable! It's 2 stars for a reason, this app it’s really messed up, completely! And generally Engie is the worst company / services I have ever came across, I don’t understand why they exists and how they are still in business!! The customer services is appalling! Their utilities bills are the most complicate document I have ever seen, you need some engineers and scientists to read them!! ### 1/5 — besides paying bills the app is pointless *2022-12-18, version 2.0.7* what is the purpose of asking subscribers to input the index until the 18th when your garbage system is reading it on the 15th and then doesn’t allow the subscriber to input it… no wonder you come up with astronomical bills every 6 months. truly a shame to be doing 19 century business in 21st century. If I have gas and electricity contract both look the same. If I want to pay both invoices I have to make 2 transactions.
