Reset iPad and still had crash. Deleted app and reinstalled. It just flat out doesn’t work. Even if it did work the interface is horrible. It’s not user friendly at all, and looks like it’s 15 or 20 years old, very outdated. Shame on Enstar for trying to pass this on to it’s “valued” customers. Oh and the mobile website doesn’t work either, neither does the Android app. You can’t pay your bill there as well. Stuck with only portrait view to see billing etc on my iPad is quite annoying. I use a keyboard folio.
