I’ve restarted my iPhone and am on the latest iOS version. ### 3/5 — Ok but a few improvements needed *2023-05-17, version 2.0.1* Overall I like the app and find it useful. Lots of good information and I like being able to report a power outage through the app. It would be even more helpful if there were an option to report a fiber network outage. Also, the screen does not display correctly on my iPhone 13. On the Home Screen I can see only a small portion of the third button. Why can’t we setup billing through the app? The web site is soar as bad, as it’s nearly impossible to figure out how to change which card I want to use to pay my bill. So I came home to...no power. Next day it said no power then ten min later I apparently had power restored and then 5 min later no power. Next day still no power according to the app and I pull into driveway with lights blazing. I called EPB customer svc and was told “there may be a glitch in the app”, and they would look into it. If the one function I needed this app for , in the midst of a natural disaster, doesn’t function at all... ### 1/5 — Useless during a major outage *2020-04-15, version 1.2.0* Note repairs are in progress after major tornado event. Yesterday app said my power was back to normal so I drove home not only was my power still off repairs were still miles away. Used app to show report now gives a date a week away, fair enough, major tornado event. BUT throughout the night app would sometimes say Repaired Manually then a little later would show repairs were a week away. Not complaining that the repairs are taking an understandable amount of time, complaining the app is useless. ### 1/5 — Wrong info *2020-04-14, version 1.2.0* EPB overall is a great. App stinks. Power outage and restored power wrong. Was staying at a friends house waiting 2 days for power to come back on. Finally said power was restored. The PDF version of my bill shows the correct number of days in the billing cycle, but it appears that the system isn’t showing it correctly when EPB goes over 30 days in a billing cycle. I called customer service to ask why it shows more than 30 days. Please advise why the 2 systems don’t match ### 1/5 — App is useless *2024-09-05, version 2.0.1* I used to make my payments using this app, but now it doesn’t allow me to do so. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2024-07-30, version 2.0.1* This app is pretty much useless. I can’t get it to do anything it’s supposed to do. The only thing when I open the app is it gives me my bill and that’s it. I can’t report an outage. I can’t check on anything. I can’t find out anything about restoration. The only thing available is how much I owe them and that is it. ### 1/5 — App Glitches experienced during severe weather *2024-05-09, version 2.0.1* Reported outage during storms. App updated with manual restore of power when power restored the 1st time. I reported a new outage that immediately got updated with the 1st restore time of 07:53am. I kept reporting outages because of the incorrect status. Called EPB to verify my outage was reported. Customer service told me app probably was updated because system was overloaded. Interesting response when Chattanooga has fastest internet in the country. Power restored 6 hrs later. ### 1/5 — Limited usage *2023-04-07, version 2.0.1* My app will only let me see my usage and report an outage but I can not pay my bill which is really the only reason I wanted the app. ### 1/5 — Only 2 options *2023-03-26, version 2.0.0* My app for some reason only shows my bill and my account with no options on the meter or information on the power outage! ### 1/5 — Only shows usage. I used to accidentally pay my bill twice because it wasn’t clear if it had been paid or not and this is so much clearer! You can view energy usage by hour, day, and month. It gives you current usage plus historical usage for your home so it’s easy to spot trends.
