Essentially a glorified collection of hyperlinks in its current state. Yeah my B - I don’t know how to use a web browser and a search engine so what I’ll do is install an app that bypasses the easiest steps of the ESR process

Typical NHS app development, crashes immediately on first install. Restart iPhone, run app again - thinks about it, then crashes again. Not fit for purpose, obviously no app development as no updates to app for over a year, despite the host of complaints and terrible reviews.

I really feel that the NHS could not have created a more complex app to support NHS staff if they had tried.   It is not user friendly, complex to navigate around & overall designed by people who assume that we all speak and exist in the same world as those who designed it.   I also work for other organisations as a nurse and their systems are so much easier to use. Totally frustrated
