App is appropriately named Loop - it takes you round and round and round in log in attempts without success! Having previously logged in and used it successfully, despite entering correct credentials, it continues to advise my account already exists, but credentials are incorrect! You have to ask yourself why such an important app does not have any admin contact details whatsoever to resolve any issues. Contacting local admin directs you to app…..and the Loop continues 😩 ### 1/5 — Awful *2025-04-10, version 1.9* Over a year work IT tell me to contact ESR as it keeps asking for a 6 digit authenticator code, ESR state not their problem, many NHS staff unable to complete online learning because the app keeps signing out, or just won’t let you sign in. I look at my compliance and see what I need to update that’s great should just be able to press it to get to do the e-learning but no that doesn’t work. Go to learner homepage, my compliance is gone and I can’t see what I need to update anymore, can’t find the e-learning I need to do. It’s made so complicated that you end up giving up. Every piece of work usually has to be repeated as the app fails to record submissions, leading to photos having to be taken as proof that you did the work. Everything has gone. The app was fantastic for checking everything eg pensions, annual leave, attendance record, mandatory training, wage slips but it’s all gone just a load of information about the owners of the site and building a form! Useless app now and I’m very sad about it!!! Update- downloaded upgrade and all fantastic again. Love this app use it a lot to check everything from holidays to wage slips to when I can retire ### 5/5 — Password *2021-10-13, version 1.5* I love my ESR but it is a pain with the password. I have the app on my phone which i use a lot. I have face recognition so once i put my password in face recognition took over. Forgot my password so cannot access on works laptop. Is it possible to create a personal password so you could get a reminder of your password. Generally I hate the ESR but this is not a bad job of what is a clunky system. A lot is too small to do on the phone. ### 3/5 — Cannot log in. *2019-01-17, version 1.3* After using this app for a while, I went to log in and it would not except my details. Working on bank I called my office, only for them to tell me it’s not them I have to speak to. After being passed around to various people and numerous phone calls, I am still unable to log in. Talking to a college in the ESR department, he assured me that he would look into this and get back to me. That was a while ago now and I’m still not able to log on. I did find the app good to have and an easy way to check on my training. But that is when you can get into it.
