Using this app was good until now. It won’t let me into the app when I put my number to get the code it doesn’t do anything I tried uninstalling the app and that still didn’t work!!

You can’t even log in if you forget your username, I sat for 10 minutes resending and resending the OTP code and I never got anything. Can’t do anything on the app smh

I am giving the app one star because I haven’t been able to change my cellphone number to receive the OPT code to review my medical records. I had contacted the app developer several times, but no one had contacted me to assist with this issue.

You still can’t book appointments through the app, or see most of your test results. You can see your upcoming appointments and that’s about the extent of this apps usefulness

I gave it two stars because it did let me find my account number and the name of my care provider. Otherwise, did not provide info /usage I really required: none of my test results were available, there’s no “contact us” info that I could see, I couldn’t edit profile to change a phone number or add an email address.
