The larger problem is that Elite offers no customer support. They’ve got a knowledge base, but it doesn’t all address all issues. They’ve got a community forum that sees very little traffic. A customer cannot, however, communicate with anyone in the customer support department, if it exists at all. ### 2/5 — Cannot Renew *2026-04-06* The device is budget friendly and the app works flawlessly, however at the renewal time of my subscription it won’t accept any payment. La construction des entraînements perso est assez fastidieuse quand on a l’habitude de Garmin (qui est loin d’être top) ou de Rouvy.
