Firmware updates zijn vreselijk om te installeren.
Dienst na verkoop is onbereikbaar (enkel via de installateur) en ze rekenen voor de regio Brussel €300 voorrijkosten! Je kreeg geen keuze qua datum of uur want ze groeperen hun klanten met problemen en rekenen dan aan elke klant de voorrijkosten vanuit regio Rotterdam aan. Op 15m waren ze klaar met het vervangen van het moederbord dus €150 materiaal en €100 voor het begonnen half uur werk. Totaalkost €550 + BTW. Een nieuwe paal was nauwelijks duurder. Mijn installateur was zo beschaamd dat hij zijn werkuren en voorrijkosten niet heeft willen doorrekenen. Ik zou nooit meer een Alfen paal kopen.

Bei der Aktivierung des Energiemanagementsystems, kann der Modus auf Socket nicht gespeichert werden. Die Änderung kann nur im Installer durchgeführt werden.
Der Nutzen der App ist daher nur eingeschränkt, bin aber zuversichtlich, dass es bald besser wird.
