## What is myEvent@Continental?

This mobile app allows you to:
* View schedules, explore sessions and find networking events.
* Access location and speaker information at your fingertips.
* Check updates to your agenda.
* Interact with other participants exchanging virtual business cards and sending messages.
* Participate in Word Cloud and surveys to share your own opinion.

### 3.1.1 — 2026-08-19

- When creating a meeting in the app using the Appointments module, the date/time picker now shows a time-range based on the defined availability of the meeting location. If the “Allow custom location” option is enabled and a custom meeting location is added, there is no adjusted time range.

- Various minor adjustments to improve the user experience. This includes posting on feeds that are linked to live sessions, uploading captured lead scan images, and the “thank you for responding” text that has been made more visible in dark mode.

### 3.0.0 — 2026-06-12

We're excited to announce that the app now supports Apple's new Liquid Glass design system. 
Adjustments made to support the new workspace dashboard report called “Time spent in the app”, giving workspace managers clear visibility into how long each attendee actively used the app.
When scheduling a meeting via the app, meeting organizers are no longer able to create new external participants that use the same email address as an existing participant. This is to prevent the accidental creation of duplicate participants.

- We have made various design adjustments to the mobile app user interface, with a focus on accessibility and improved support for screen readers.
- With the Universal lead capture module, for leads captured via OCR lead scanning, app users can no longer see the show image button in the lead profile.

Please note that support for iOS version 16 has been discontinued since February 3, 2026. The latest supported versions for iOS are versions 17 and onwards.

- Updates made to support the “Prevent double bookings” functionality for sessions and meetings, when enabled.
- Changes made so the User “Representation” metadata values are now shown when selecting users for meetings in the Appointments module, and so that fields set to “Read-only” in the Appointments module cannot be edited via the app.
- Updates made to support AI-powered automatic field mapping for optical scanning (OCR) lead capture, when enabled using the Universal lead capture module.
- Adjustments made to ensure that, when the “Custom icons color (header / menu)” option is enabled in the theme editor in Backstage, the colors selected there are applied to the “Header” and “Menu” icons in the app.
- Changes made to ensure that the correct background color is fully applied to the profile header background in the app.
