Downloaded on IOS 16.1, and it crashes on start.  The last update was 2 years ago, so it would seem it’s no longer compatible with the latest hardware/OS.

Never received an email with a new password to Login.

We'd be happy to assist with your login. What could be happening is you do not have an account within the MyEventPlan app so retrieve password has no information to send you. We will be happy to confirm once we have your information. Best of luck at the event.
