This app barely works and is a user interface nightmare. Insist that your school tell you why they are making event ticketing so hard and so much more expensive.

Apart from the service charge, the app and web site version are very poor. Make sure to buy your tickets in advance or risk not connecting to purchase in a hurry. Having an account doesn’t help at all.

This app simply is trash.  Doesn’t work properly, crashes, doesn’t refresh and show tickets, the email forwarding of tickets doesn’t work (when person gets the email and tries to get ticket it says they don’t have ability to view/download ticket).

Every other time I open this app it freezes. I have to reinstall it to be able to use it.
