They will tell you what they will do for you and after they install them they change so that it doesn’t benefit you at all. I would love for uninstall them. I recommend that you don’t consider installing solar with them. ### 3/5 — No power banked *2025-01-28, version 2.17.0* System is not working as advertised. My system put in service in April 2024. I have only banked power two times. (May and June) ### 3/5 — App and assistance is terrible! *2024-11-18, version 2.14.0* I keep asking for assistance from their help desk and I keep getting the same run a round. The help desk tells me that my system is running fine. My question was how can I ensure it’s running properly if the app freezes and does not show current status updates. They state it’s producing the proper amount of energy and they have a third party company that monitors my system. I need to ensure my system is monitored 24/7 by myself as well as the third party for a couple of reasons. 1. I am on a fixed budget now that I am retired and I need to ensure that when SCE exports my electricity to the grid the time of day is important. I do not want to be taken advantage of. If SCE charges me at a higher tier time then I am paying SCE higher tier costs as well as Everbright. I asked Everbright if they monitor this to ensure their customers are enlightened and forewarned since what the sales representative’s sales promises are moot. 2. When I see this many fingers or entities in the pie usually means that blame is passed and no one has accountability except the customer warranted by the contract that they keep throwing back in my face. I am not looking to get out of the contract, I just want honest answers and accountability. We are your customers. I have the latest app and I still have the same issue. You have us customers on the hook for countless years, keep us happy and informed as if we really matter and not just a piece of meat! ### 2/5 — Terrible App *2024-09-20, version 2.10.2* Constantly have to delete/reinstall to get update. You need a better app. ### 2/5 — Not User Friendly *2023-10-31, version 1.5.0* When logging in the key pad covers the login area, and has auto correct which is also not good for people with unusual email addresses like myself. Also no “Remember Me”, which would help in signing in. Trying to set up auto pay is also not user friendly on this app either. Your password should be connected to all features within the app without having to create a new password for some of the widgets, very frustrating.
