Don’t waste your time and avoid….. plugged in the car and automatically got billed £25, doesn’t tell you this. So no matter how long you charge, it’s a flat £25 fee. Joke. Won’t ever be using again. Need to be much more transparent with charges and how it works as no information on the charger either, just directions to the App.

These are the most unreliable chargers around. They take a £1 fee upfront along with £16 from your account and more often than not your charge doesn’t start due to an error. You then have to chase refunds from a company that often doesn’t reply to emails or phone calls. Avoid at all costs

Tried to add my charger to the app but when I hit the “update charger” icon l get kicked out of the app.  Very annoying and frustrating

The app doesn’t tell you that you will get 25£ picked on your account, this amount is actually not charged, it will be there to verify that you have at least 25£ on your account. Each time you plug the charger, you get a £1 fee. For me, I had to plug it and unplug it, to eventually get it to work. So I got a £1 fee extra for no good reason. I had to call to get it refunded. The office is closed during the night, so I had to call the next day. On another occasion, I tried to plug it and this time it didn’t work at all 4 times in a row. They said it was because my vehicle declined the charge. I am using a BZ4X from TOYOTA and they suggested that I may have a charging schedule that was in place however this was not the case. I give it a rating of 2 out of 5 as this looks unreliable and not transparent.

Live on longhedge estate and needed a charger while waiting for one to be installed. I was wary of negative reviews but i had no issues. I downloaded the app, signed up. It preauthorised £25 as all the apps do and charged cheaper rate 0.25per kwh but charged a £1 connection fee. I plugged in, locked the car. Clicked start on the app and it started no problem. I watched it on the app after i had walked home and then when i had charged what i wanted i walked back, stopped the app and collected it. Will be using it again. Very convenient.
