Way too often, the app either crashes, fails to accept orders, tells the user they’re “logged out” when they’re clearly not, or just fails to submit the orders it’s been given. It only manages to remain viable since AAFES has a stranglehold on the delivery market on post. ### 1/5 — Not actually functional *2026-08-01, version 1.5* “Order cannot be validate”. Are you serious? About us: “The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format” The developers have clearly never tried to use this app and have also somehow completely ignored any feedback. Almost nothing works and the things that do work don’t work how you expect them to. The minimum charge is ridiculous. I can’t even order lunch for delivery. Even without a minimum charge, the order won’t go through. You tell it where you live and every time it asks what base you’d like to order from. ### 1/5 — App Shows error code for nothing *2026-06-16, version 1.5* This app constantly shows an error code about my card information being wrong when it’s not. Never received my food and there’s no way to get your money back or contact the driver about where your food is. I figured that the first time was just a mistake and maybe the order didn’t go through so I just tried again. And to my surprise I still did not get my food. I then was sent back to the beginning on the page. I checked my bank balance and sure enough it stole my $21.17 from me. I looked at my emails and I have no new updates regarding an order has been made or is in progress. I call the BK supervisor who works there and she didn’t see any order of mine. So now I am very mad, I just lost my hard earned money to some app and didn’t even get some food. I use my WiFi for the transaction and it has never been slow on speed. I get it if the order didn’t work, but it stole my money. Had it not been for the app I’d be eating flight meals and MREs. Yeah, it takes a while but I have no legitimate complaints. Would like to see macaroni grill and wahlburgers added to the list. ### 4/5 — Food delivery on base *2026-08-08, version 1.6* Works as intended. -They have the delivery hours posted. -You can select the time you want your food delivered. (ASAP or later) -App gives you updates -You earn coupons -food arrives on the post time or earlier The only things I’ve had a problem with was the restaurants, not the delivery service when it comes to the contents of the order. You order food from the restaurant that allowed its franchise to be within the app, and they deliver. Only query I have is when I order a meal that comes with a drink, there’s never a drink option. Let’s use Popeyes for example. If I order a meal in store, I get a drink, but if I order a meal through the app, I don’t. When I choose the restaurant I want to just from, it displays as if all of the restaurants in my area are closed. I thought it was suspicious because I saw aafes delivery cars each day. So today I went to the website and discovered that I can place an order there. This confirms that there is indeed an app issue which needs attention. ### 3/5 — Update the Restaurant *2022-12-26, version 1.3* The app does not provide access to all the restaurants on the installation. Osan is missing quite a few establishments… so it inconveniences ordering food during inclement weather and quarantine. ### 3/5 — Not bad, the app could be better. *2022-09-18, version 1.2* The member should be able to update their Profile/personal information within the app if things have change over time. We shouldn’t have to go on the website every time to make the corrections/updates. Also, it would be nice if there was more of description of what comes with our orders. Verses looking at the picture and having to assume it comes with sides or not, depending on the restaurant. It’s not a bad app but, there are a lot of things that can better or updated to make the experience more enjoyable/helpful. ### 3/5 — Payment *2022-05-19* This app works fairly well in most areas, it’s biggest flaw is that I have to hand type my card information every time I check out.
