No Face ID and having to navigate the app which is confusing and time consuming. Considering we pay a annual fee ### 1/5 — Unbelievable- they’ve just given up! *2025-11-19, version 1.5.8* Update November 2025- unbelievable that it appears that Eziway have, rather than try and make improvements, instead just given up on this clunky, bug-ridden app and redirecting people to their mobile website (which is not an app no matter how much they try and dress it up as one). My original review: Checking your salary packaging card balance should be something that is straightforward and easily accessible. With this app though, you have to go through 2FA every time you log in (as it never remembers the device) even to do something as basic as checking a card balance. For a company called Eziway there’s nothing easy about using this app. ### 1/5 — From an app that barely works to no app *2025-11-02, version 1.5.8* They’ve decided to shut down the app. Outcome- log into their website to access balances rather than having a convenient app Result- even more dissatisfied users ### 1/5 — Still no Face ID *2025-09-13, version 1.5.8* It would be so much easier and user friendly if this app had Face ID. It’s time consuming trying to log in, especially when you get logged out if you don’t use it for a while ### 1/5 — So bad, it's funny *2025-07-06, version 1.5.7* It's just bad on every level. Biometrics work some time, other times it asks for a password. Just needs a complete overhaul. The user interface is clunky and hard to use. There hasn’t been an update for 7months however the app likes to block your biometrics login, tell you an update is available (it’s not) and make you enter a password! Drives me nuts when I need to quickly check a balance only to be prompted every second login to download a nonexistent update!!
