With this app though, you have to go through 2FA every time you log in (as it never remembers the device) even to do something as basic as checking a card balance. For a company called Eziway there’s nothing easy about using this app. ### 1/5 — Useless app and they are taking advantage of being stuck with them *2025-01-05, version 1.5.7* This is most useless financial app I’ve ever used. Transactions are not there for days, and it only gives you the most basics of knowing your over all account balance. I, like other reviewers, cannot see my transaction hx. ### 1/5 — Login Issues Everytime *2024-06-28, version 1.5.6* I’m been using Eziway for over a year now and every nine out of ten times I use it I’ll be unable to log in and then will be forced to login via web browser. My password is always correct, as is the verification code I enter and it will just forever ask me to verify and never move past this. After a year I would have thought I wouldn’t continue to have this issue with this app 😮‍💨 ### 1/5 — The worst app! For such a large company *2024-03-30, version 1.5.6* This app NEVER opens with face recognition it always gets stuck then it doesn’t accept the password and you have to reset you password again! There hasn’t been an update for 7months however the app likes to block your biometrics login, tell you an update is available (it’s not) and make you enter a password! Drives me nuts when I need to quickly check a balance only to be prompted every second login to download a nonexistent update!! It’s clunky and not user friendly. There seems to be a lag on card balances which mean it isn’t accurate. Now it’s continuously stating it needs to be updated but won’t update. I’ve tried turning the phone off and removing the app and re-downloading it. Still stuck on that same ‘update required’ screen. Eziway does not deserve all its hefty admin fees when the quality of its software is so abysmal. ### 2/5 — Where are my card transactions? *2022-10-02, version 1.5.3* This new app is a slight improvement over the old one. The biometrics login doesn’t work - it does the scan, then still asks for the password (!!!). You can see the payments going into the Eziway card (which is good to know) but the reason I want to use the app is to see what transactions are going onto the account. I cannot find out how to view this, maybe I can but it must be buried deep within the app. Tip- fetch the data from the server once on login, and you may end up with an app that doesn’t have 1-2 seconds of lag everytime I do something. One good thing, at least it’s easy to see how much is remaining on my annual FBT claiming, but I’m not sure it’s 100% useful to have this upfront on the home page.
