Why have this category if you’re not going to populate it? It would be really helpful to have the Fill History. ### 3/5 — Log-in issues *2024-02-07, version 7.4.1600* I am having a hard time logging in to the app. It doesn’t respond well to the “sign-in” button. I have it set to remember my log-in. Sometimes I click “refill from list”, then it will sign me in. Other times it won’t even respond. I’ve tried deleting and re-installing the app too. So I went to the website and tried to log in. It’s doing the same thing. There’s definitely a glitch of some sort. ### 2/5 — Log in issues *2023-05-15, version 7.4.1600* Overall the app is okay. It’s not the best ever, but, for the most part, it does what I need it to do. However, I often have issues with logging in. I’m not sure if the issue is more to do with using password auto fill or if it’s just an issue with the app log in in general. Usually I hit login, it loads, brings me to the next screen, then takes me right back to the log in page and I have to do it again. Today, I can’t log in at all. It won’t let me hit log in or after I select it, it says something went wrong and erases what I filled in. ### 2/5 — Needs an overhaul *2018-10-14, version 7.2.1* 1) Most recent app “update” release: ~2 months ago; —>> I’m not convinced the developer even did anything; everything is the same. The “update” before that: over one year. 2) As others have noted, and am confused how the devs ignore it (or just don’t QA the app on actual consumer hardware): Regardless of using browser or “app,” what’s with the ungodly slow log-in times? I’ve had my app and browsers time-out, if not crash. Had pharmacy staff try using the app; SAME ISSUE. 3) Antiquated interface that’s way overdue for an update. (Along with the app’s coding overhaul). 4) Devs are privy to iOS updates and next-level releases; per others’ commentary, they never even considered being ready. 5) App lock password and login?!?! —>> passcode, fingerprint, faceID Fairview: you and your choice of “developers” are embarrassing yourselves by expecting customers/patients — we, the people, who enable you to exist — to “accept” this crApp. Like you do everything else. You do quite well at displaying your IQ by how you spend our money. You’ve got more than enough BIG issues that aren’t in your favor; get your act together. ### 3/5 — Only good for yourself *2018-09-16, version 7.2.1* I switched to Fairview Pharmacy after our local Walgreens was no longer going to be open 24 hours. I liked to stop there after my evening shift for prescriptions cause there was never a line. I figured if I had to pick it up during the day I might as well use the pharmacy closest to my house. With My old Walgreens app I could manage prescriptions for myself and my kids but this Fairview app I can only manage my own. If I could manage my whole family again it would be so nice! Please add this feature!! ### 2/5 — Not compatible with iOS 11.4. - freezes phones *2018-06-27, version 7.0.6* This app was pretty good for my v10 iPhone, but its software is now two years old and freezes my iPhone v11, not quitting nor going away after use. Requires a reboot to clear it. I’m dumping it until I learn it’s up to date. ### 1/5 — Poor app *2017-08-05, version 7.0.6* Will not open app, gets stuck forever trying to open, I have had to delete many times only to load it just to delete. You would think Fairview would get a top developer for their apps. Go cheap get cheap smh ### 4/5 — Nice app, but could be better *2017-06-09, version 7.0.6* I like the app, overall, as well as Fairview Pharmacy Services! Some enhancement ideas include: 1) ability to log in with Touch ID 2) a way to acknowledge medication reminders to track if/when I have actually taken them (instead of simply a reminder that I could ignore and then forget about... it's nice to be reminded, but even nicer to enforce compliance!) 3) add names to the pharmacy locations, rather than simply the address. Most often, they are referred-to by name (I.e. "University village" or "ridge view") ### 1/5 — Won't open *2017-05-25, version 7.0.6* Stuck on the splash screen. Used to be a great app. Now it won't open. Sad. ### 4/5 — So convenient, when it works *2016-09-23, version 7.0.3* I've had this app for several months now. So much faster and easier than calling in to refill RX. However for the past 3 weeks it hasn't loaded properly and I can't even use it. Argh. Turn around to log in and will not accept password. Try to reset password and tells me the email is invalid. Can’t say if the app itself is any good because I can’t even get logged in. Deleted app and tried all over with same message of invalid email and password. ### 1/5 — Upgrade for myFairviewRx *2020-12-19, version 7.3.305* Horrible Everything was wiped out! I see screens but no words, no menu, Nothing!!!! I need Help to get reinstated !!! Again Everything on my iPhone is blank. I was instructed to select upgrade when I did, Poof No menu and blank screens. Definitely Not a good upgraded!!! It makes me rate it 1 star.
