The check showed for mobile deposit only as most checks do now that they are getting more common but was rejected because I had to hand write. No problem the computer probably messed it up so I called and was told the same thing from a person. Let’s use our brains. Just doesn’t make sense. Also had an issue for not signing up for mobile items. I followed instructions and downloaded the update. I waited until it dated itself. Shut down the app and tried to open it again. When I contacted the bank about the issue I was told to use the banking website which works ok on my phone but doesn’t allow mobile deposits. Now I have to either drive 20 miles to the closest bank to deposit a check or buy a new phone.
