My wife had an account. It crashes every time she logs in so I tried to care an account on my phone. Asked for my mobile number. Evertime I key it in with the correct Egypt code I get “Please enter a correct number” although it’s correct. I had to stay for 60 seconds to retry!!!!!! Don’t know why???? And then he said you exceeded the 3 times!!!! For gods sake I’m trying to CREATE an account. Why all this!???? Also a much more serious problem, if sending money from your bank account using ACH online transfer (not instapay) to fund investment purchases, the money goes to an account at CIB and doesn’t show up in Fawry and isn’t returned back to your bank account.
