Yesterday I checked app after updated version and my cars production photos disappeared… that’s not cool because I loved those photos. Please fix, I see many threads on ferrarichat and Reddit with other customers who say the same and are unhappy ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-01-26* The app is really poorly designed and does not really do anything. Worse than that every update seems to lead to really basic problems such as not showing service and next inspection date details correctly. Honestly speaking Ferrari are so far behind so many others when it comes to software design and quality. It’s really disappointing and appears like they have no quality control over their software. I would think using app for gps coordination or simple lock and unlock would be available. However these simple features are nonexistent. It’s safer faster easier for those that drive cars to enjoy would have those basic features? ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2025-12-17* Like everything associated with Ferrari tech, nothing works properly. Don’t know how the company degenerated into such a second rate car maker. Too concerned about where the share price is going and not focused on there clients. I have been working with Ferrari NA, Ferrari Italy and local Ferrari dealers to get the App operational. This has been going on since November, 2024. Car is currently at dealer service center, where it has been for 2 weeks now. App still not working with this car. Thank you for your patience. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2025-05-18* The app is just rubbish! When you compare it my Porsche app where I can track the car. Check it’s locked. Check tyre pressure. Oil level and set speed limits and so many more features! As with most things Ferrari the Ferrari app Is a let down to say the least… all it does is basically say you have a Ferrari and that’s it. My car is not much better either with my brand new F8 Tributo suffering corrosion and still not fixed after several attempts it just keeps coming back. Dream come true? Absolutely. But what about the service after the sale? Much of that….begins right here in the app and Ferrari has done an excellent job allowing photos of your car when it was built and you can even place your own photos of the car as you use it (just to show your friends). It has all the information you would expect and even more. It’s easy to use and even easier to fall in love with.
